Categories of Information We Collect
Senior Policy Bind collects the following CCPA categories of information: identifiers, such as name, email address, telephone number, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, account name, Social Security number, and driver's license number; personal identifiers under California Civil Code Section 1798.80(e), such as insurance policy number, education, employment status, bank account information, credit card or debit card number, financial information, medical information, and health insurance information; protected classification characteristics under California law, such as age, marital status, medical condition, gender, and veteran or military status; commercial information, such as products or services obtained or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies; internet activity, such as browsing history and search history information; geolocation data; professional or employment information, such as consumer-reported current or past job history; and inferences drawn from some of the information above, such as email open rates and time.
Senior Policy Bind generally collects the above information as Technical Information or Submitted Information. For example, Senior Policy Bind does not create user profiles to determine the gender, marital status, or employment status of consumers. Senior Policy Bind receives each of those categories of information only as self- reported data from the consumer.
Information Sources
Senior Policy Bind collects Technical Information and Submitted Information from consumers who access or engage with our sites, our call centers, or other Senior Policy Bind owned properties, such as in response to emails from or on behalf of Senior Policy Bind. Consumers who visit websites owned by our Partner Sites may be redirected to our sites. In some cases, we may gather information directly from Partner Site websites, or Partner Sites or other third parties may post information to our sites or otherwise transfer information to us. This may occur via display advertisements, click listings, inquiry forms, or telephonic transfers from Partner Site call centers. Our Marketing Partners may also furnish us with information.
Senior Policy Bind engages service providers to perform a variety of functions, such as verifying consumer consent and validating email addresses or phone numbers. We require all parties from whom we receive information, whether they are Business Partners, service providers, or other third parties, to represent and warrant to us that they have appropriately obtained the information provided to us and have the authority to share the information with us.
Purpose for Information Collection
As described above in "How We Use Your Information," Senior Policy Bind primarily uses the information it collects to connect consumers with Marketing Partners who can provide information about the products and services those consumers are seeking.
Categories of Third Parties
In addition to the sharing for the primary use described in "Information Sharing," we may share your information with other Senior Policy Bind entities, service providers, and third-party websites.
Categories of Information Sold
As described above in "How We Use Your Information" and "Information Sharing," Senior Policy Bind may transfer Technical Information, Submitted Information, and External Data to Marketing Partners who can provide the consumer with information about the products and services they are seeking. We may receive a fee for the transfer of that information or when the consumer purchases a product or service.
Your CCPA Rights
The CCPA provides certain rights and protections to California residents including: the right to request that we delete any "personal information" that we have collected from you ("Right to Delete"); the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected and sold ("Right to Know"); and the right to direct us not to sell their "personal information" ("Right to Opt-Out").
